What types of media do you accept?

How do I know you have received my digital file?

The Transcript Team will email you back after they have had an opportunity to listen to the digital file, review exhibits, contact information and anticipated completion date. They will let you know when to expect the final transcript.

How long will it take to get a copy of the transcript?

This is totally dependent upon the union timeline requirements, customer preference and daily priorities.  That being said, we will always strive to complete your work within your timelines.

Can you estimate how much my job will cost?

If you need to know an approximate cost, please call us at (402) 768-1086.

What word processing formats do you support?

We have standardized on Microsoft Word; therefore, your transcripts will be in the Rich Text (rtf) or Word (doc or docx) format unless requested as a PDF.

How do you distribute the transcripts upon completion?

The CASTeam will make your file available to you through email or a pre-arranged return process.
